OUR SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Graphic Connections/Rainbow Graphics agrees to provide access to the Web Server (Virtual and Non Virtual) services, and client agress to recieve the services, according to the following terms and conditions:

1. Clients will use Graphic Connections/Rainbow Graphics services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws of the U.S. Federal Government.

2. Graphic Connections/Rainbow Graphics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deactivate the client's account(s) upon an indication of delinquent payments or credit problems.

3. Graphic Connections/Rainbow Graphics services are provided on an as is, as available basis. We give no warranty, expressed or implied, for any virtual/non virtual accounts provided.

4. Graphic Connections/Rainbow Graphics is not responsible for any damages arising from client's use of services.

5. Graphic Connections/Rainbow Graphics will make back-ups of all

client's data, although client is responsible for this data on our machines. Client is responsible solely for independent back-up of data stored on servers.

6. Client agrees not to infringe on or violate any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, common law or proprietary right of others while using our services and server equipment.

7. Client agrees that any material submitted to server will not contain anything obscene or pornographic.

8. Graphic Connections/Rainbow Graphics is not liable for protection or privacy of electronic mail or other nformation transfered through the internet.

9. Use of distribution lists, bulk email, etc., via electronic mail or other means pertaining to data stored on server is prohibited, and we reserve the right to deactivate clients account upon indication of such activity.

10. Graphic Connections/Rainbow Graphics maintains control and any ownership of all I.P. numbers and addresses that may be assigned to client and reserves the right to change or remove any or all I.P. numbers and addresses upon notification to client.

11. Rainbow Graphics Wording "Design By Rainbow Graphics" with a HyperLink to Rainbow Graphics Website shall remain on all domains/websites that was designed by Rainbow Graphics until that domain/website design Completely Changes or Until Rainbow Graphics ask that it be removed.
